Firehawk Family Fun with the Stealth

As mentioned a couple of weeks ago, we are having our Firehawk Fund Raiser on January 25, 2008.
You are all invited to join us for tons of Lacrosse fun at the Stealth's first home game of the season at the HP Pavilion in San Jose on Friday, January 25th!
Based on the previous r.s.v.p.'s we're expecting 150+ Firehawks (players, families). Hopefully we'll get even more guests to join us!
(This is a fairly LONG e-mail with a lot of details, so please read all the way through.)
AGENDA FOR THE EVENING
5:30 - Will Call ticket Window opens
5:30 - 6:30 p.m. All Firehawk guests meet down stairs at the Club Level for Firehawk Festivities
• Additional Raffle Ticket sales
• Update & Greeting from Doug Appleton regarding Firehawks Lacrosse Club
• Pro Player to stop in for a Pep Talk ( probably no autographs at this time as he will need to get on the field and warm up for the game!)
• Announce raffle ticket winners
6:30 - 7:15 p.m. - Get Food & Watch players warm up
7:30 - 9:30 p.m. - Game time!
Ticket Price Per Person: $28
The ticket price includes game ticket, team get-together in Club area and dinner (Three dinner options available - see options listed below).
STEP ONE
To purchase tickets for this event, please check out the options below and e-mail me your 'reservation' NO LATER THAN Wednesday 1/16/08. I need to receive your check no later than 1/24/08.
Please include:
•Family Name to be listed at Will Call for tickets
•Number of adults, number of children
•Food option you would like with each ticket.
•Total amount for tickets
Example:
Smith Family
5 tickets, (2 adults, 3 children).
Food options: Three(3) Option A, One(1) Option B, One (1) Option C )
Food Options are:

Jumbo Hot Dog
Kettle Brand Potato Chips
Soft Drink
Brownie
Option B
Round Table Pizza (Cheese, Pepperoni or Combo)

STEP TWO
RAFFLE TICKETS
• Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5(five) for $20. We encourage families to purchase raffle tickets at the same time as the game tickets so we're not spending all of our time selling tickets that night. Plus, if you're not able to come to the game, you can still support the cause and purchase tickets and you will be eligible to win!
WHAT IS IN THE RAFFLE?
Doug will be donating some talon shafts, re-string a stick, and back by popular demand, Doug will be giving away an antique lacrosse stick. Mario Korf will donate his time to dye and string a custom stick and we're still working on getting some fun Stealth memorabilia (shirts, hats, autographed posters, etc.)
STEP THREE
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
•e-mail Erin your reservation no later than 1/16
include family name, number of adults & kids, food options, number of
raffle tickets and total amount for your 'order'
•make your check payable to FIREHAWKS LACROSSE
•make sure I receive your check or money no later than 1/24
•Check and a copy of your order should be mailed to:
