Girls Fall & Winter Programs

About the Programs

The focus of the Fall and Winter programs is fun and player development.  During these sessions we also do player evaluation for Spring team placement.  It is a combined instruction and training program with scrimmage time built in to every practice.

In Fall 2019 we will practice for 6 weeks (all Saturdays) preceded by an optional stick work clinic on Saturday August 24th at Woodside Priory School.  Each session will consist of age appropriate training lead by our director Karen Silcott as well as scrimmage time.  Each session will have a specific instructional/training theme.

Winter 2019 will follow a similar format starting Saturday November 2nd and running through Saturday December 7th.

On Saturday December 14th we will conclude the Fall/Winter with a play-day involving other clubs.

This program is open to any/all players from any club/school age 4 through 15.  Beginners are always welcome.

For Firehawks players, participation in either the fall or winter program is required for selection to one of our spring season teams.

Players will be divided for drill work according to skill and athletic ability.
